When will I receive my bag?
After you place your order, the production process begins in our Istanbul atelier. Your bag is crafted entirely by hand to your specifications. You can find exact ship dates on each product page.
Can I customize my bag?
Handmade-to-order also means you can be a part of the process. Not only are you shopping sustainably, but you can also take part in choosing the details that make your bag. When you place your order, you can choose the stitching color of your bag. If you have any additional requests — like a longer or shorter strap, or color-blocking leather — we are able to work with you directly to make a bag that you’ll love and wear for years to come, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where are 324 New York bags made?
Each bag is crafted entirely by hand in Istanbul, using locally sourced leathers and finished with custom nickel-free plated hardwares. All leathers used in collections are bi-products of the meat industry.
Do you ship to the United States?
We offer free shipping in the United States. Duties are included in the item's price for all US orders. There are no additional charges.
Do you ship internationally?
For international orders, we ship via DHL or UPS and arrival time will depend on your location. Shipping is free worldwide. Taxes and duties are not included, payment of any fees is the responsibility of the recipient, to be collected at the time of delivery. Any charges incurred are determined by the customs agency within the selected country and are based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for products imported into the recipient's country.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns initiated within 15 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To complete a return, email email@example.com with your Order Number and reason for your return. We will then email you with a return confirmation number which must be included in your return shipment. Returns must be mailed within 10 days of receiving your return confirmation number. Returns mailed more than 10 days after the date of your return confirmation will not be accepted. Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. For orders within the US, return shipping is free.
What is your return policy for international orders?
For international orders, any duties or taxes collected upon delivery are non refundable. Return shippings costs must be covered by the customer.
Sales & Discounts
Do you have seasonal sales?
Since all our bags are handmade-to-order, we don't have end of season sales. Our bags are sold only on our website, directly from our atelier to you. A 20% discount is automatically applied to all pre-orders. This way, we are able to offer handcrafted quality at more affordable prices all year round.
What are archive and sample sales?
Throughout the year, we make our archived styles and samples available for purchase at a discounted price. You can sign up to our newsletter to be notified. Quantities are always very limited (1 or 2 items) and we offer early access to our newsletter list first. During our sample & archive sales, international shipping is covered by the customer. We do not accept returns on sale items.
